Nişanyan Yeradları is a directory of around 70,000 (as of 2024) geographical names in use today in the area of Turkey, Southeastern Europe and Armenia, which have been Ottomanized/Turkified from the regional languages over the last hundred years (reference date is often 1910) (excluding Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro). The filter/search interface enables research via a search mask or interactive map.
