The constitutional blog is a journalistic and scientific discussion forum on current events and developments in constitutional law and politics in Germany, the resulting common European constitutional area and beyond. Around 800 contributions appear annually. The subject of the contributions are legislative proposals/changes, court decisions and debates in public law (in particular constitutional law) with a radiation effect in criminal and civil law.
