Die digitale Bibliothek der Vereinten Nationen bietet einen zentralen Zugangspunkt zu aktuellen und historischen Dokumenten sowie Open-Access-Publikationen der UN. Hierzu gehören z.B. Resolutionen, Abstimmungsergebnisse, Redetexte und Sitzungsberichte der Generalversammlung, des Sicherheitsrates wie auch weiterer UN-Einrichtungen (Wirtschafts- und Sozialrat, etc.). Die Sammlung wird laufend ergänzt und reicht in Teilen bis ins Jahr 1946 zurück.
