Die FRA Case Law Database enthält wichtige Gerichtsurteile (“landmark court decisions“), aber auch Urteile anderer Spezialbehörden und ähnlicher Einrichtungen, zum Themenbereich Diskriminierung in den EU-Mitgliedsstaaten auf der Grundlage der Zugehörigkeit zu einer ethnischen Gruppe oder Rasse und auf Grund sexueller Orientierung. Es sind folgende Daten enthalten: ein Verweis auf das Urteil, die Entscheidung bzw. Meinung, ein englischsprachiger Abstract, und, falls verfügbar, ein Link zum Volltextdokument.
